Police have taken Hariharan and Junath Ahmed to a drug store in Virudhunagar, Bethany, where they allegedly took video of the sexual assault.

Hariharan, Junath Ahmed, Praveen, Madasamy and 4 others were arrested in connection with the sexual abuse of a 22-year-old girl in Virudhunagar.
Four persons, including Hariharan, were lodged in the Madurai Central Jail and four boys were lodged in the Ramanathapuram Home. The case was registered at the Virudhunagar Pandiannagar police station. Transferred to police.
Following this, the C.P.C.I.T. The police filed a case against the arrested persons under 6 sections. And expedited their investigation. The first victim was interrogated by CPCID officials for 2 days. They also raided the homes of those arrested.
In this situation, 4 persons including Hariharan who are lodged in Madurai jail have been remanded in police custody for 7 days by the CPCID. The police took over.
