Thrissur: The body of a folk singer was found in Paramada. KS, a folk singer from Chalakudy, Kanjirapilly. The deceased has been identified as Jeethu alias Sujith, 26. He is the son of Subran in the graveyard. The body was found in a rocky outcrop filled with water.
Sujith, who had returned from a festival two days ago, went missing. His mobile phone was found near Paramada on Wednesday, prompting firefighters, police and locals to search.
The body was found today (Thursday) at around 1 pm. Chalakudy police have launched an investigation.
