Digging Deeper into the Details
Hadházy’s revelation follows an earlier report concerning a villa in Swabian, also tied to Ádám Matolcsy. The discovery of these properties stems from a recent downtown luxury apartment purchase by the Matolcsy couple.
“Looking only at its ownership sheet, I found three other rough properties. One of these is the house close to the Árpád Lookout, the other is the Svábhegy plot with the ancient villa, and the third is a luxury apartment in Naphegy,” the spokesman wrote.
More Properties Surface
Monday morning Hadházy posted about the Swabian villa, which is owned by one of Ádám Matolcsy’s companies. The investigation revealed that the Swabian building was listed under the address of another apartment as the official address of Nicole M. (married name Matolcsy-m. Nicole), Matolcsy’s wife.
Ádám Matolcsy was asked for comment but only stated that he and his family have been living at the address for four years.
