Jake Paul Purchases Massive Georgia Ranch for $39 Million Following Tyson Fight

A lucrative boxing match against Mike Tyson has enabled internet star and boxer Jake Paul to realize a long-held dream: owning a sprawling ranch in the American South. The 28-year-old recently acquired a 23-square-kilometer (approximately 8.9 square miles) property in southwest Georgia for $39 million, roughly €36 million.

Paul, who boasts around 77 million subscribers across his various online platforms, revealed in a recent podcast appearance that the majority of the funds for the purchase stemmed from his November 2024 victory over boxing legend Tyson. Sources estimate his earnings from the fight to be around $40 million.

The expansive estate, larger than the North Sea island of Juist (17 km²) and comparable in size to Frankfurt Airport, is envisioned as a self-sufficient haven. Paul has expressed a desire to cultivate his own meat, fruits, and vegetables on the land, which features two lakes with over seven kilometers of shoreline, irrigated fields, and eight kilometers of streams and small waterfalls.

“I wanted to buy a ranch for 15 years,” Paul stated. “It was kind of my dream and the reason why I work so hard. I grew up going to a cabin with my dad a lot, and I always wanted to get back to that.”

The property is already equipped for a rural lifestyle, including a horse stable and accompanying paddock. Paul hinted at potentially incorporating horseback riding into his training regimen. Beyond the main residence, a 453-square-meter (approximately 4,875 square feet) house with eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, the ranch includes two staff houses and a guest house. The estate is surrounded by green spaces and forests, even offering opportunities for hunting white-tailed deer.

This purchase is just the latest in a series of significant investments for Paul, who has also recently acquired a private jet and a Maybach. The ranch represents a culmination of years of ambition and hard work, transforming a childhood dream into a tangible reality. While the ranch is move-in ready, Paul has not yet announced when he plans to fully embrace the country lifestyle at his new estate.
