Google Unveils Gemini Enterprise: A Unified AI Platform for Businesses

Google is streamlining artificial intelligence adoption for businesses with the launch of Gemini Enterprise, a comprehensive offering consolidating its AI capabilities into a single platform. The new service aims to empower organizations of all sizes to leverage the power of generative AI, from data analysis to content creation and automated workflows.

The Gemini Enterprise interface closely resembles gemini.google.com, but with added professional-grade tools. Users gain access to cutting-edge Google models including Gemini 2.5 Pro and Veo 3, alongside a suite of AI agents. First-party offerings like Deep Research and Data Insights are also integrated into the platform.

A key component is a new Data Science Agent, currently in preview, designed to automate the often-complex processes of data preparation and ingestion. According to a company release, this agent accelerates data exploration by instantly identifying patterns and streamlines model development by generating multi-step plans for training and inference, effectively eliminating manual fine-tuning.

Google emphasizes the open nature of Gemini Enterprise, boasting an ecosystem of over 100,000 partners offering third-party agents. These include integrations with popular platforms like Box (for document management), Slack (for communication), and S&P Global (for financial data). To help users navigate this expansive ecosystem, Google is also providing an agent finder tool that allows for natural language-based searches.

The platform also facilitates seamless data access from commonly used business applications. Businesses can now work with data from Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SAP with the same ease as they do with Google Workspace. Administrators benefit from a centralized management system for all agents.

At the heart of Gemini Enterprise is a no-code “Workbench” designed to empower any user to analyze information and automate processes across their organization. This functionality, previously known as Google Agentspace, includes a “low-code visual builder” enabling the creation of custom tools, such as a customer engagement agent capable of interacting across multiple channels – telephone, web, mobile, email, and chat.

The versatility of Gemini Enterprise extends across various departments. Marketing teams can leverage generative models to analyze trends and create compelling content, while engineering teams can utilize the included Gemini CLI to enhance their development workflows.

Google offers several editions of Gemini Enterprise to cater to different business needs:

  • Gemini Enterprise Standard and Plus, geared towards large enterprises, starts at $30 per seat per month with an annual commitment.
  • Gemini Business, designed for small businesses, startups, and individual departments, begins at $21 per seat per month and will be available in the coming weeks.

Gemini Enterprise represents a significant step towards democratizing access to advanced AI tools, promising to unlock new levels of productivity and innovation for businesses across the globe.
