Gali Berman, 28, a light and sound technician and supporter of Liverpool and Maccabi Tel Aviv, was taken from the home of former hostage Emily Damari in the Kfar Aza Kibbutz. After 738 days in captivity, Berman was pictured embracing his twin brother, Ziv, upon his release.Ziv Berman himself was also captured on October 7th from a nearby home in Kfar Aza. Their family expressed overwhelming relief, stating, “Our Gali and Ziv have come home, returned to our personal picture of triumph as they are embraced in the safe and protective arms of Talia, their heroic mother.”
Alon Ohel, 24, demonstrated remarkable courage when abducted from the nova Music Festival. He managed to enter a shelter in the nearby village of Re’im and repelled grenades thrown by Hamas militants alongside his friends.
Guy Gilboa Dalal, also 24 and kidnapped at the Nova Music Festival, was photographed hugging fellow hostage Evyatar David after their release. His family expressed hope that all remaining families would experience the same joy, including those awaiting the return of their loved ones’ remains.
Eitan Mor, 25, a security officer at the Nova Festival, was planning to open a restaurant before his capture. He was reunited with his parents on Monday.
