Elon Musk has sold an 8-point $ 5 billion stake in electric car maker Tesla in a bid to capture Twitter.
Elon Musk has sold 96 million shares of Tesla in the past week alone. Elon Musk said on Twitter that he had no plans to sell further shares of Tesla’s 5 point 6 percent stake.
While Musk said it intends to invest $ 21 billion in its stake in the acquisition of Twitter, it did not immediately release information on the other 12-point $ 5 billion funding.
Musk, who has been looking for a partner to reduce the financial burden, has been compensating by selling shares of his other companies.
