Today, 14 new people at the Chennai IIT campus were diagnosed with corona infection. This brings the number of corona infections in IITs to 196. Over the last two months the incidence of corona in our India has been slightly reduced. But suddenly the corona increased for a couple of weeks. That too, especially in the last one or two weeks, the impact of corona has been on the rise in our state. This has made people panic. Corona’s influence seems to be growing day by day, especially among students at IIT Chennai. The impact of the corona can be seen among the crowded students.
In that regard, the confirmation of coronavirus infection in 14 new students at IIT Chennai today has created fear among the students. Chennai IIT soon has an environment close to 200 with corona exposure. Meanwhile, IIT Madras officials have asked people to check themselves immediately if there are any symptoms related to Kovit-19, and advised everyone to wear masks, maintain social space and follow all Kovit-19 safety protocols.
