The incident, which began with a routine patrol, quickly escalated into a foot chase and the discovery of an illegal weapon.
Initial Pursuit and Arrest
According to a statement released by the Neubrandenburg Police Headquarters, officers in Stralsund’s old town observed a Skoda vehicle at approximately 2:40 a.m. When officers signaled the vehicle to stop, the driver allegedly increased speed and attempted to evade authorities. The vehicle was eventually brought to a halt, at which point the driver exited and attempted to flee on foot. Officers successfully apprehended the woman.
Evidence of Intoxication and Narcotics Use

Furthermore, officers observed physical abnormalities suggesting the driver had also consumed narcotics. The driver later confirmed having used narcotics. As a result, authorities prohibited further travel and ordered a blood sample for analysis.
