The iconic Studio 8H is dark as Saturday night Live takes its winter break.

While the cast and crew enjoy a well-deserved holiday respite, fans can revisit Season 51 with rebroadcasts of earlier episodes before the show’s return in the new year.

tonight’s broadcast will be a repeat of the Oct.18 episode featuring Sabrina Carpenter, who skillfully pulled double duty as both host and musical guest. The first Saturday in January will showcase a rerun of the Nov.1 show hosted by Miles Teller, with a musical performance by Brandi Carlile. Another repeat episode is scheduled for jan. 10.

The first original episode of 2026 is set for Saturday, Jan. 17, with Stranger Things star finn Wolfhard making his hosting debut. He’ll be joined by A$AP Rocky as the musical guest. wolfhard
