The initial interception occurred at the intersection of Misiones and Lázaro Gadea in Piriápolis, according to officials. Members of the High Operational Dedication Program (PADO), operating within Operational Zone I, conducted the “Impact Operation.” During a search of the 27-year-old man, officers found six nylon wrappers containing a white substance believed to be a narcotic.
