The selection represents a broad range of age groups and skill levels, with athletes preparing to compete in four distinct national championships held across India in the coming months. The cadet and sub-junior competition will take place in Gandhi Dham, Gujarat, from March 23 to March 31, featuring Naisha Chauhan, Yug Thakur, Anshveer, Ayaan tomar Gupta, and Geetanjali.
The Junior and Youth Championship is scheduled for Dehradun, Uttarakhand, from February 22 to March 2, with Yug Thakur participating in both events. The Senior Championship will be held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, from March 14 to March 21, and will see Abhishek Jaggi and Urvashi Sharma representing the state. the Veteran championship will take place in Pune, Maharashtra, with Alkesh Saini, Jaswant Gangta, Anamik Sood, and ankur Bahl competing.

According to a statement from the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, this is the first time such a large contingent of players from a single center has been selected for the national table tennis competitions. “This is a testament to the dedication of our athletes and the quality of coaching provided at the complex,” said Abhay Lakhanpal, the table tennis coach.
