Kirankumar’s husband sentenced to 10 years in prison Defendant is liable to imprisonment for six years, two years and one year in other departments. The Kollam court ruled that the sentence should be served together. The accused has to pay a fine of Rs 12,05,000 lakh. The court also ordered to pay Rs 2.5 lakh to Vismaya’s parents. The verdict was announced by Kollam First Class Additional Sessions Judge KN Sujith. The court had yesterday found the accused guilty. The court also found that sections 304 (b) 306 and 498 (a) of the Indian Penal Code were clear.
