Mahindra wants to equip its “Born Electric Platform” with MEP electric components such as electric motors, battery system components and battery cells. The companies also said in a statement that the specific bond distribution agreement would be conciliated and concluded by the end of 2022.
Designed as an open vehicle platform, MEP Electric Platform and its components allow car manufacturers to quickly and inexpensively portfolio their electrified vehicles.
