Ruslan Sarkisov, head of the Far Eastern Fund for High Technologies (DFHT), said that a resource center for invasive technologies will be created at the Far Eastern Federal University. There, scientists will be engaged in research work. One of the programs involves implanting chips into living organisms.

According to Sarkisov, the launch of a specialized medical center is planned within a year.

According to him, it will be a comprehensive medical center. Operations and rehabilitation will take place there. Scientists will be able to create new samples and conduct research in the direction of chipping.

It is planned to send up to 350 million rubles to the project, it will be implemented in the innovative scientific and technological center “Russian” on the island of the same name. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has already signed a decree on the creation of the INTC.
