What to Expect from the Pixel 11 and Pro Lineup
The base Pixel 11 serves as the entry point for the new generation and shapes up as a modest evolutionary step over its predecessor. At the same time, the main rear camera moves to a 50MP sensor codenamed “chemosh”.
Storage tiers are shifting across the board, with baseline models moving from 128GB to a 256GB starting point. That capacity bump carries a financial adjustment, as the baseline Pixel 11 is expected to start at $899, representing a $100 increase over the previous generation. Pro models share a similar pricing trajectory, with the Pixel 11 Pro expected around $1,099 and the Pixel 11 Pro XL ranging from $1,299 to $1,399 for 256GB configurations.
Under the hood, every model in the series runs on Google’s new Tensor G6 chipset. The custom silicon marks a significant architectural shift as the first chip designed using a 2nm fabrication process, which delivers efficiency and performance gains alongside a shift to MediaTek’s M90 modem for improved thermal management.
Foldables, Watches, and New Accessories
Alongside the standard flagships, Google takes the wraps off the Pixel 11 Pro Fold. Pricing for the foldable is projected to span from $1,899.
Wearables also receive an update with the Pixel Watch 5, which keeps the signature round shape in 41mm and 45mm sizes. Leaks point to increased RAM for more responsive Gemini performance, alongside a $399 starting price for the Wi-Fi model. Meanwhile, Google enters the item-tracker market with the newly leaked Pixel Tag, competing directly with established Bluetooth locators.
Celebrity Hosts and Livestream Details
Following last year’s format, Google leans heavily on cultural figures to promote its hardware.
