Each ID number is limited to one registration; duplicate registrations will be handled according to regulations to retain valid data. The Directorate General of Highways is joined by major motorcycle manufacturers including Kymco, Sanyang, Yamaha Taiwan, Honda Taiwan, Tailin, SYM, and Aeon, as well as Herun Enterprise. Minister of Transportation Chen Shih-kai and spokesperson and celebrity Chen Pei-chi together announced the launch of Traffic Safety Month in September, introducing the “Motorcycle Frequent User Zero Violation Lucky Draw” to encourage motorcyclists to develop the habit of obeying traffic rules.

General Registration: From September 16 through September 30. Participants who qualify enter only the second wave, securing a single chance at the drawings.
Eligibility Criteria and Strict Audit Standards

Furthermore, an active motorcycle and valid license plate must be registered directly under the applicant’s name. Only after confirmation of eligibility will participants be included in the draw list.
