Kuwait City: Team New World Kuwait won the FCL Season-2 Cricket League organized by the famous Kuwaiti cricket team Fighters XI.
Team New World Kuwait defeated Team SKCC by six wickets in the final held at King’s XI ground in Abbasiya. New World Kuwait won the toss and sent SKCC to bat.
Batting first, SKCC scored 111 runs for six wickets in the stipulated 14 overs.
Batting in reply, New World Kuwait overcame the target with the loss of four wickets in 11.5 overs. Binil Achu of the New World team was selected as the best player in the final.
Samsam Hotel Owner Latif handed over the cash prize and trophy to the winners and the runner up award to FCL Manager Sharbin.
