Two people were arrested in connection with the crime in the city of Boston in the east of the country, according to the Lincolnshire police on Friday. The authority did not provide any further information about the sex and age of the suspects or the circumstances. The child was found on a quiet street in the city center early Thursday evening. The family is being looked after psychologically, it said.
