India and America direct talk about Sri Lanka!

India and the United States, which are considered to be the two main partners in the recent regime change in the island of Sri Lanka, today held talks on the current situation in Sri Lanka in Cambodia.

US Secretary of State Anne Blinken and Indian Foreign Minister Jaishankar held these talks in Phnom Penh today in the background of the meeting of the ministers of the ASEAN countries taking place in Cambodia.

Acknowledging that China-backed Sri Lanka and Myanmar are key challenges for India and the US, the two agreed to hold a separate meeting soon to discuss these issues in detail.
