∙ Selling drugs by traveling on a scooter

The police brought to light a new method of selling drugs. Harshad’s duty is to sell drugs by traveling on a scooter in the area from Karipur to Koilandi. The police found that drugs worth one and a half lakh rupees were traded daily in this area.

The distribution of narcotic drugs is controlled under the leadership of the gang leader in the Gulf. In the Kozhikode region, three persons who did not know each other were used to deliver drugs to a person.

A person in need of narcotics should contact the local agent. He will hand over the number of the ‘boss’ in Gulf to the needy. After calling this number, he has to send the location of the place where he is standing, a selfie with the moving vehicle and the money to be transferred through WhatsApp. After some time, the second person in the drug chain will come through this and verify that the information sent on WhatsApp is correct. He will go back and report the confirmation to the ‘boss’ in the Gulf. Then the ‘boss’ supplier from the Gulf will be called and instructed to deliver the goods

He used to give drugs and take money on his scooter. Three people in the network will not know each other that they are doing the same job. In order not to leak information to the police, they were selling drugs to students. During the last six months, 47 kg of ganja, half a kilo of MDMA and 50 grams of brown sugar were seized under the leadership of Dunsaf.
