Therefore, there is certainly no chance of a negotiated end to the war in Ukraine.

Western countries continue to incite Ukraine’s soldiers against Russia by providing arms and other aid to Ukraine. The West wants to continue this war until the last Ukrainian dies.
Therefore, it is not possible to end this war through dialogue, he said.
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) was formed in 1949 against the Soviet Union. 12 countries including the United States, Britain, France and Italy jointly formed the organization.
Launched against the powerful Soviet Union to challenge the United States, the organization continued to expand even as the Soviet Union disintegrated and weakened. Currently, 30 countries are members of the organization.
Russia has consistently opposed the expansion of NATO. In particular, if the neighboring Ukraine joins NATO, it will lead to the deployment of American missiles in order to attack and destroy their capital Moscow in a few minutes, and Russia has been saying that it is the biggest threat to their security.

Russia is stipulating that a ceasefire will be considered only if it abandons military operations against it in Ukraine.
However, Ukraine has also categorically said that it will agree to a ceasefire only if Russia withdraws from its territory, including Crimea, which was captured by Russia in 2014.
In this context, the Russian ambassador to the UN has now categorically stated that there will be no solution to this war through dialogue.
