Ouderkirk was disqualified and Pitt filed for an investigation into the incident in September. Now the California Supreme Court dismissed Brad Pitt’s appeal.
The custody regulation now adheres to the agreement of November 2018 regarding their underage children Pax (17), Zahara (16), Shiloh (15) and the twins Vivienne and Knox (13).
In a statement on Wednesday, Jolie’s attorney told the “People“Magazine that the actress welcomed the decision. “Ms. Jolie is focused on her family and is happy that the well-being of her children is not affected by unethical behavior,” said her lawyer.
