All the rage this Friday in Brussels around an extraordinary council bringing together the 27 European energy ministers to “take stock of the current situation of the markets and supply, on the arrival of a winter that promises to be tense in Europe”, in the words of an adviser to the cabinet of Agnès Pannier-Runacher, the Minister for Energy Transition.
