The priority health team is in Marseille, on the occasion of Pharo News, a meeting organized by the Public Health and Epidemiology Task Force. In this second program, we address the news of emerging diseases and zoonoses: haemorrhagic fever alert in West and Central Africa, inventory of the monkeypox epidemic, periodic resurgence of plague epidemics in Madagascar.
Program relocated to Marseille, on the occasion of the “ XXVIIe Actualités du Pharo”, the French-speaking meetings of tropical medicine and public health, at the Timone hospital. This year the theme is : « Alert and response to health crises : place of information systems ».
The news of emergence places the ONE HEALTH/one health concept in the foreground: this systemic approach to health, which integrates public/animal and environmental health.
