Adelaide: In the ongoing T20 World Cup series, the England team has advanced to the final after defeating India. The team’s openers Alex Hales and Buttler both bowled the Indian bowlers. The team was doing this from the first over of the second innings. Both did not lose their wickets till the end.
England chased down the target of 169 runs. It is noteworthy that the team that won the toss chose bowling in this match. Buttler hit three boundaries in the first over bowled by Indian bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
From there, Alex Hales turned the action to his own side. Hales scored 86 off 47 balls. Buttler scored 80 off 49 balls. The England team hit 13 fours and 10 sixes.
