The words were said by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Koleva to reporters on the sidelines of the NATO meeting in Bucharest. “We need air defense, IRIS, Hawks, Patriots, and we need transformers,” he explained.

“If we have transformers and generators, we can restore our energy needs. If we have air defense systems, we can protect against the next Russian missile strikes. In short: patriots and transformers are what Ukraine needs most.”
