Thiruvananthapuram ∙ Union Minister V. Muraleedharan said that Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s wish to get Central approval for the Silver Line project is just delusional. At least the Chief Minister should end the mass dialogue. It has been made clear earlier that the Narendra Modi government will not give permission to any project that ends up being harmful to the people.
Pinarayi Vijayan should stop the program of cheating the people. Vandebharat train, a high-speed train, will operate in the state. K-Rail Corporation could not complete the DPR of the project for three years. Prices are likely to fall in many places that have been eyed for the sake of the project. Who benefits from it? Don’t think that you can implement a scheme that will make people miserable in the name of the central government.
CPM’s new attempt is to whitewash the Muslim League for ten votes. League cannot become non-communal party just because MV Govindan said it. Muralidharan added, “If you intend to whitewash the league, then first go to EMS and apologize to your comrades.”
