AThe shooting of ‘Utopin Yatra’ directed by Nizamuddin Nassar under the banner of SMT Productions has started in Ambalapuzha. Meera Pillai is the female lead in the film starring Rian Pathan. Haripad, Alappuzha and Kochi are the main locations of the film. The story of the travel mood film is prepared by Dileep Sheriff.
The film stars Biju Sopanam, Kalabhavan Narayanankutty, Aromal BS, N. Venkatachalam, Pradeep T, Joswin Abraham Johnson, Ashiq PA, Shameer Rahman, Nausal Naousa and a handful of newcomers along with the leading actors. The cinematography of the film, which will be co-produced by Binu Christopher, is handled by the director himself.
