An earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale struck off the shores of Tripoli, after midday, today, Saturday, and the epicenter of this earthquake is located in the central Mediterranean region, at a depth of 13.3 km.

Global monitoring stations recorded the earthquake off the shores of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, in the central Mediterranean region, at exactly 13:20 Libyan local time.

This tremor is the second in the past 48 hours, as an earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale struck last Thursday off the shores of Tripoli. The epicenter of this earthquake is located in the central Mediterranean region, at a depth of 25 km.

At that time, international monitoring stations recorded the earthquake off the shores of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, at a distance of approximately 180 km.

The earthquake was recorded in the central Mediterranean region at 12:00 local time in Libya.
