Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan introduced newly appointed minister Vahan Kerobyan to the staff of the Ministry of Economy. He noted that Kerobyan comes to the state system from the private sector. Pashinyan recalled the last communication between him and the newly appointed minister, during which Kerobyan complained about the executive’s attention to the business sector.
“The last time we dealt with each other, it was on the occasion that Mr. Kerobyan criticized the government, that the executive does not listen to business, the private sector with enough attention. And here, he has the opportunity to listen carefully to the business, the private sector and raise the problems of that sector in the government and not only raise them, but also deal with their solution immediately,” said the executive head.
Nikol Pashinyan expressed hope that this resolution, combination will make Kerobyan’s work more effective as a minister.
“This is, in fact, a model that we must test and see how well it works, when there is really an opportunity to come directly from the field with knowledge of the problems and from here look at it from a different perspective and try to make reality better,” said the head of the government. :
