At the same time, he urged the army not to make public statements about the intention to destroy the Crimean bridge.
“We will destroy – that’s good, but we have to do it, and there is no need to announce it… Because the enemy is doing something: they are building some kind of fence, the air defense is moving up to this Crimean bridge, and it is even worse to work in such conditions,” noted the expert.
According to him, there is “too much PR” on the topic of the destruction of the Crimean bridge.
“Specifically, we have two departments – the Main Intelligence Directorate and the SBU – constantly competing with each other for some kind of media headline … we often work in the name of public relations: who will fly next, who will make the biggest bang. Routine work falls on the shoulders of other departments or other people”, – concluded J. Kasjanov.
