On the night of September 12, a large-scale celebration in honor of the 800th anniversary of Prince Alexander Nevsky will begin in St. Petersburg. Many festive and entertainment events will be held throughout the city, and one of the most creative – a laser show – will take place on Troitsky Bridge.
It will unfold on the bridge span at 01:20. With the help of lasers, Petersburgers will be shown the heroic story of Alexander Nevsky in the most modern format. The show will be best seen from the side of the Champ de Mars.
Let us remind you that the city will celebrate such a solemn date for several days. On Friday, the first Orthodox events have already taken place, and September 12 will traditionally mark the anniversary of the transfer of the relics of the prince to the Alexander Nevsky Lavra. The main stages of the celebration will be attended by President Vladimir Putin.
