As part of Pastel’s collaboration with the museum, Pastel Restaurant is launching a culinary launch of a special menu and will simultaneously launch a variety of events and a colorful menu inspired by the exhibition.

For the creative chef Kobi Bachar, it was very easy to connect and produce a “Kosama meal” which fits in perfectly with Pastel’s regular menu

The special dishes are available from the opening of the exhibition to the general public on 15.11
In light of the demand, Pastel opened a new “sit” in the afternoon at the restaurant between the hours: 15: 30-17: 00 – a business meal will be offered to which tickets can be purchased through the museum’s website

Following the insane demand for the exhibition, for the first time since the Tel Aviv Museum was founded, it will be open regularly until the wee hours of the night and the museum island will be able to combine a night out with pastels and enjoy cocktails alongside special dishes.

Pastel is also taking part in the Israeli launch of the new Scottish single malt whiskey brand – Abperaldi, which is receiving special attention with the start of its marketing in Israel, because it is impossible without drinking something really high quality and worthwhile alongside Kobe’s dishes.

Abperaldi, is an award-winning single malt whiskey and whiskey, dubbed the “Golden Sip”
And will be offered in three phrases: Abperaldi 12 years
Aberfeldi 16 years – whiskey that is aged for 16 years in sherry barrels
Abperaldi 21 years – which is known as the golden whiskey – not only because of its golden color, but mainly due to the taste of honey, a deep and complex taste but still smooth and pleasant just like honey.
Abperaldi uses quality water that comes from a famous river in Scotland to mix their whiskey throughout the process of the three expressions: 12 years, 16 years, 21 years.

The main message about the distillery and whiskey presented by Aberfeldy is that whiskey is meant to drink together and create shared experiences, that connects perfectly to the series of dishes that will be served on the menu inspired by Kusama’s dishes, based on seasonal ingredients with touches of oriental elements.

New and creative dishes will also be offered, including the iconic Faberge egg dessert taken from the menu of a restaurant in front of the sea where Chef Bachar served as his chef for years – this time Kobi Bachar’s sugared crystal ball will be made by Mike Uber Kosama Style and dotted with dots.
