Chennai: A mobile loan app company has morphed the photo of the woman governor and circulated it after the repayment of the loan taken by the BJP failed. The photo of Tamil Nadu BJP’s former state president, Telangana Governor and Puducherry Lt. Governor Tamizhai Soundararajan was widely circulated. Those associated with the loan app morphed and circulated the photos of the women in the phone gallery of the defaulter.
Gopi, the former district office bearer of BJP Chennai, had taken a loan through the loan app months ago. As the repayment stopped, it became a threat. But Gopi ignored this. With this, the app team hacked the phone. Photos of all the women in the gallery were leaked, including that of Tamizhai. Then this picture was sent to all the numbers on his phone.
Gopi had taken the loan from a loan app called Royal Cash App. The gang hacked the borrowed phone. The group distorted and circulated the picture of Gopi and Tamilisai together. After the incident came out, Gopi lodged a complaint at Virugampakkam police station. Based on this, the police started an investigation.
