U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has now said that while the U.S. has provided arms aid to Ukraine in response to Russian aggression, it has not encouraged war.
Blinken’s comments came as Russia accused Ukraine of carrying out drone strikes on three Russian airfields hundreds of miles from Ukraine.

Two Russian airport explosions were reported in Ryazan and Saratov regions last Monday. Russia said another attack took place on Tuesday in the Kursk region along the Ukrainian border.
