There will be 36, of 11 different nationalities, under the same flag, that of the Refugee Olympic Team. A flag born in the Rio 2016 Games before the millions of displaced people around the world. The official list for Paris 2024 was announced on May 2 by the president of the International Olympic Committee, Thomas Bach. And as the number of refugees continues to rise, this team wants to shed light on the more than 100 million displaced people.
