The digital complaint application for citizens, when they detect infringement, is fully operational
The Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou, spoke about the developments in the field of digitization of the state.
In his statements to SKAI about MyCoast, he emphasized that the operation of the application has started with almost all the beaches rented by the Greek government, where the citizen – when he detects an irregularity – can make a report, anonymously or by name.
“Now in the application there are 6,500 beaches throughout the country and gradually, another 1,000 will be added,” said the minister.
MAIGOV is also working satisfactorily with Action Bot functions, the first large-scale artificial intelligence application of the Government, with sophisticated services for the benefit of citizens.
For example, the digital assistant will now also issue a marriage certificate.
“It is very important to have AI production in Greece and there is already “Meltemi”, the first Greek model of Artificial Intelligence” said Mr. Papastergiou.
