Ahuachapán. Termales de Santa Teresa is located a few kilometers south of the city of Ahuachapán in the department of the same name in western El Salvador.
Ahuachapán, also known as the City of the Ausoles, is considered the geothermal capital of Central America. It has an extension of 20km of volcanic land, a phenomenon that is formed by cracks that emanate its hot waters.
