A small boy (52) who is a laborer from Vlampatti area near Athur Vazhappadi in Salem district. He had come to his daughter Brenda’s house in Vellapatti a few days ago. It seems that the little laborer boy was suffering from frequent itchiness and was being treated by a doctor.

In Vellalapatti, one Bhupathi from Sekadipatti runs a medical store. In this case, the little boy got itchy, so without consulting the doctor, he went to the pharmacy run by Bhupathi and asked for pills. Bhupathi, who was running a pharmacy at that time, is said to have injected the little boy. Shortly after the injection, the little boy came out of the dispensary and fainted.

Shocked by this, Bhupathi and the bystanders informed 108 Ambulance. 108 Ambulance personnel rushed to the spot after receiving the information, and when they examined him, the little laborer boy was already dead. Bhupathi, disturbed by this, immediately ran away from there.

Enraged by Bhupathi’s escape, relatives of the laborer Chinna Payan organized a road blockade. The Ettapur police and Pethanayakkanpalayam District Collector, who came to know about the matter, engaged in negotiations with the protestors and resolved the problem.

Later, the police seized the little boy’s body and sent it to Salem Government Hospital for autopsy. Also, the revenue department sealed the dispensary that Bhupathi was running under the leadership of Pethanayakkanpalayam district attorney Anbuch Chezhiyan. Ethappur police have registered a case on the complaint and are investigating. Also, the police are looking for the pharmacy owner Bhupathi, who fled.
