Regarding the works performed by the RA environmental protection and subsoil inspection body between October 18 and 29, 2021.
During the conducted control, 75 cases were recorded, out of which 66 were estimated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 38,841,980 AMD, in 5 cases an administrative fine of 290,000 AMD was imposed.
In 18 previously recorded cases, damage to the environment in the amount of AMD 208,750 was calculated, and an administrative fine of AMD 1,410,000 was imposed.
In particular:
Field of protection of the plant world
With 63 recorded cases, damage to the environment was calculated in the amount of AMD 38,818,250.
In the 10 previously recorded cases, environmental damage in the amount of AMD 168,750 was calculated, and an administrative fine of AMD 800,000 was imposed.
Wildlife conservation sector
4 cases were recorded, of which an administrative fine of AMD 150,000 was imposed on 1.
An administrative fine in the amount of AMD 150,000 was imposed for 1 previously recorded case.
Area of air and water protection, waste disposal, land use and conservation
7 cases were recorded, of which 1 was calculated as damage to the environment in the amount of AMD 23,730, and in 4, an administrative fine was imposed in the amount of AMD 140,000.
In 4 previously recorded cases, damage to the environment in the amount of AMD 40,000 was calculated, and an administrative fine of AMD 180,000 was imposed.
Soil protection sector
1 case was registered.
Violating the rules and regime of protection of natural objects specially protected by the state
An administrative fine in the amount of AMD 80,000 was imposed for 1 previously recorded case.
State examinations
An administrative fine in the amount of AMD 200,000 was imposed for 2 previously recorded cases.
1 case (total: 845,000 AMD) was sent to the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the mentioned period, 956,900 AMD were entered into the RA state budget.
Inspections and Observations
During the reporting period, the head of the BTU issued 5 instructions to carry out an inspection, of which:
2: soil utilization,
1: fish farming,
1: water supply,
1: installation, transportation, neutralization of waste.
Based on the results of 9 inspections carried out previously, 13 administrative fine decisions were made in the amount of 2,780,000 AMD, the damage caused to nature was calculated in the amount of 2,144,387 AMD. 8 instructions were given to eliminate the violations.
During the reporting period, 1 previously carried out observation was completed, as a result of which no violations were found.
