Aburto requests protection against determination of the FGR in case of torture

The confessed murderer of the candidate of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) for the Presidency of the Republic, Luis Donaldo ColosioMario Aburto Martínez promoted a new amparo to challenge the decision of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) not to exercise criminal action against any former official involved in the torture of which he claims he was a victim after his capture on March 23, 1994. .
