A Three-Level Facility Designed for Thorough Care

The renovated RSA will feature 39 beds distributed across three levels. The ground floor will house common services and logistical functions. The first floor will be dedicated to a protected residence for the elderly, with 19 beds, alongside clinics and rehabilitation spaces, including individual physiotherapy rooms. The second floor will provide a healthcare residence for those requiring more intensive care, accommodating 20 non-self-sufficient elderly individuals.

What are the benefits of this project? The project aims to provide a modern, seismically safe facility for elderly residents, while also alleviating pressure on local hospitals and emergency rooms by offering specialized care within the community.

Several dignitaries were present at the start of the construction, including the President of the Region, Francesco Acquaroli, Regional Councilors Francesco Baldelli and Paolo Calcinaro, the Mayor of San Ginesio, Giuliano Ciabocco, and Remarkable Commissioner for Reconstruction, guido Castelli.Senator Elena Leonardi, undersecretary Silvia Luconi, and regional councilor Renzo Marinelli also attended.

“the start of this construction site in San Ginesio represents a tangible sign of the reconstruction that is progressing and the restoration of a essential service for the entire area,” President Acquaroli stated. “In a context marked by a longer-lived population and an increase in chronic conditions, RSAs become an essential tool for guaranteeing a future perspective for our internal areas, allowing elderly people to remain connected to their roots. With an investment of over 7 million euros, not only are we reopening a structure damaged by the earthquake, but we are strengthening local healthcare with

Key changes and explanations:

* Wrapped in article-content div: The entire content is now correctly enclosed within the <div class="article-content"> tag.
* Added <figure> and <figcaption>: The image and its caption are now properly wrapped in a <figure> element, with the caption inside a <figcaption>. This is the semantic HTML5 way to handle images with captions. This is crucial for accessibility and SEO.
* Image Attributes: The image tag now includes decoding="async" and loading="lazy".These are best practices for image optimization, improving page load speed.
* Alt Text: The alt attribute is added to the <img> tag, providing a text description of the image for accessibility (screen readers) and SEO. I’ve used “Construction site at the RSA” based on the surrounding text. Always provide meaningful alt text.
* Corrected HTML Structure: Ensured proper nesting of elements.
* No unneeded changes: I’ve preserved the original
