A female journalist has made explosive allegations against Bollywood actor Darshan Jariwal. This woman’s claim – ‘Darshan Jariwal’s child is in her womb.’ In this regard, this woman has filed a case in a police station in Kolkata under several sections including rape.
Meanwhile, Darshan’s lawyer Sabina Bedi Sachar claims that the complainant’s unborn child is not her client’s. He told Times Now, ‘The child of the complainant is not my client’s. Because my client is incapable (physically incapable) of fathering the child.’
Dismissing the argument of Darshan’s lawyer, the woman who complained in another media said, ‘No one can be a father does not mean that he cannot rape anyone or have sexual relations with anyone.’
Darshan Jariwala has a medical report dated February 2023 of the complainant woman. The actor used to take advice from this woman on pregnancy related matters. This woman and Darshan also discussed whether there is a treatment for it in homeopathy.
Darshan is currently in a relationship with a woman named Anahita. Anahita became pregnant through IVF in 2022. However, Anahita miscarries. Referring to that, the complaining woman threw questions and said – ‘Anahita had become pregnant. If Darshan was unable to bear children, how did Anahita become pregnant?’
The complainant woman submitted several documents during the trial. It contains some medical reports. But Darshan’s lawyer expressed doubts about these reports. Actor Darshan will soon file a defamation case against the woman journalist, said Sabina Bedi Sachar.
Darshan married Bollywood actress Apra Mehta in 1982. They have a daughter in this family. Apara-Darshan has been living separately since 2003. But they are not legally separated yet.
