Actor Hrithik Roshan has acquired a new house in Mumbai. The actor bought apartments on the 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the Mannat Flat complex on Juhu-Versova Link Road. The flat is designed to offer an uninterrupted view of the Arabian Sea.
Spread over 38,000 sq ft, the penthouse has a 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace and an exclusive lift. The actor has spent Rs 97.50 crore for the house. Ten parking slots in these apartments will be reserved exclusively for the star.
Hrithik Roshan’s girlfriend Saba Azad will live in the same flat. The India Today report says that the two renovated the house together. Both of them will soon move to the new house.
Actress-singer Saba and Hrithik have been seen together in public since last December. The pictures of Saba celebrating the holiday with Hrithik and his family went viral earlier. Hrithik Roshan was earlier married to Susan Khan, an interior designer. The two separated in 2014.
