Delhi: Actor Dileep has approached the Supreme Court demanding that the trial be completed in the case of assault on the actress. Dileep’s demand is to direct the trial to be completed on time. Dileep demands that the follow-up investigation report be stopped from being used for fresh investigation and that those who have been examined once in the case should not be allowed to be re-examined. In the application, Dileep has made serious allegations against Atijeevitha and his ex-wife.
The supplementary chargesheet submitted by the crime branch opened the possibility of further investigation in the case. In the charge sheet, the crime branch states that the investigation against Dileep’s lawyers is continuing in the case of evidence destruction. The charge sheet also says that the investigation will continue in the case of the leaked footage from the court. The Crime Branch informed the High Court that the investigation into the destruction of evidence on Dileep’s phones would not be completed without questioning the lawyers.

The lawyers were neither on the list of accused nor on the witness list when the supplementary chargesheet was filed in the Angamaly Magistrate’s Court. However, it is said in the supplementary charge sheet that the lawyers were not given a clean chit. The charge sheet says that the investigation will continue against them in the case of destroying the evidence on Dileep’s phone. In the statement of hacker Sai Shankar, it has been clarified that the evidence on the phones was removed as per the instructions of the lawyers. There is also evidence that 4 lawyers went to Mumbai with the phone. The charge sheet says that an investigation is underway in this regard. In the charge sheet, the investigation is also ongoing in the case of the change in the hash value of the Mekari card, which has the footage of the actress being assaulted while she was in the custody of the court.
