Kochi : Director Balachandra Kumar said that he hopes that if the phones of Dileep and the other accused in the case of attacking the actress are checked, all the information will come out. Balachandra Kumar said that Dileep has four phones and more than ten SIMs in them. The director also said that Dileep’s sister’s husband’s phone is crucial.
Balachandra Kumar said he would give more information from the phone than his allegations. Dileep had filed an affidavit in the court alleging false charges against him. Balachandra Kumar said that the truth of this will come out after checking the information on the phone.

The High Court has directed that all the phones be produced on Monday in the case of conspiracy to assassinate the investigating officers in the case of attacking the actress. The phones were ordered to be produced before the Registrar General of the High Court at 10.15 am on Monday. The High Court had directed the court to consider the anticipatory bail of six accused, including actor Dileep. Six phones were required to be produced.

The court also said that Dileep has no right to possess the phone. But Dileep said the phones were in Mumbai. Investigators say there are four phones. Dileep told the court that there were only three phones.

Dileep had asked for time till Tuesday to produce the phones. Dileep had said that the mobiles were in Mumbai and needed time to deliver them. At the same time, Dileep is adamant that he does not know about the fourth phone.
Dileep also said that he has entrusted private agencies to check these phones. Dileep said he had positive evidence on the phones and could not pass it on to investigative agencies.
