Subsequently, on the basis of the complaint given by Gautami, the Chennai Central Crime Branch police have registered a case under 5 sections against BJP leader Alagappan, his wife Nachal Alagappan, son Siva, daughter-in-law Aarti and Satishkumar.
Meanwhile, actress Gauthami has announced that she will quit the BJP. In this regard, he said, ‘I have been in the party for 25 years; But the party did not support me. Alagappan is assisted by senior functionaries in the BJP. So it is with great sadness that I leave the party.’
In this situation, actress Gauthami met ADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami in his office at Kearnways Road, Chennai and joined ADMK. After this, actress Gauthami met and spoke to the media. Then he said, “Edappadi Palaniswami’s works impressed me, so I joined ADMK. Very happy to join ADMK. I will explain why I quit BJP in due course,” he said.
