Jyothika Expresses Excitement to Work with Mammootty’s Company
Actress Jyothika recently expressed her happiness at working with Mammootty’s company. She shared her thoughts at the press meet for the upcoming movie Kathal The Core. Jyothika, who has worked with numerous heroes throughout her career, stated that working with Mammootty holds a special place for her. She praised Mammootty for his willingness to experiment and take on diverse roles, even at his prominent stage in the industry.
“I am very happy to work with Mammootty’s company. I recently watched the Kannur squad and was amazed by the quality of their work. I have acted with many heroes, but Mammootty sir felt very special. Just being in his presence is inspiring. It’s commendable to see him constantly taking on new challenges and undertaking different types of movies,” stated Jyothika.
The actress also expressed her admiration for Malayalam cinema, particularly praising the film The Great Indian Kitchen. “I am a big fan of The Great Indian Kitchen. I attended the show after watching the movie. I have always known that Malayalam cinema is very progressive. The movie is a director’s film with minimal dialogues and outstanding performances. I am grateful for being cast in such a progressive industry,” she shared.
Kathal The Core, which is set to release on November 23, is produced under Mammootty’s company and distributed in Kerala by Wayfarer Films, owned by Dulquer Salmaan. The film features Muthumani, Chinnu Chandini, Sudhi Kozhikode, Alistair Alex, Anagha Aku, Josie Sijo, and Adarsh Sukumaran in lead roles. The cinematography is handled by Salu K. Performed by Thomas, with S. George serving as the Executive Producer.
