Salem – A.D.M.K. General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami recently gave a significant interview in Salem, addressing the verdict of the General Assembly case. Palaniswami expressed his satisfaction with the court’s decision and highlighted the importance of justice, charity, and truth prevailing.

During the interview, Palaniswami declared, “Today, the court has approved the resolutions passed in the General Assembly. This is a victory for justice, charity, and truth.” He further emphasized that at the national level, A.D.M.K. is a part of the National Democratic Alliance.

Speaking on Tamil Nadu’s political landscape, Palaniswami announced that there will be an alliance led by A.D.M.K. in the state for the upcoming parliamentary elections. He expressed confidence in the party’s ability to achieve huge success in the elections.

Addressing rumors of a split within the party, Palaniswami asserted, “We, as A.D.M.K., are united. There is no need to pretend there is a split anymore. We will never accept the presence of any anti-party elements within our ranks. However, except for a few others, we are willing to welcome those who come back to our party.”

Responding to allegations made against him, Palaniswami denied any involvement in the Kodanad murder and robbery case. He stated, “It is wrong to talk about involving me in this case. Anyone can say anything on the road, but we need to assess whether their words hold any truth. We have taken legal action while in power.”

Palaniswami also clarified the misconception regarding the identity of Kanagaraj, stating, “Kanagaraj is not Jayalalitha’s car driver. He was, in fact, the driver for Sasikala.”
